Owner of the famous Jitsk Chocolates in Antwerp, prepare to be amazed by Jitsk’s flavour combinations and skill. If that’s not enough chocolate for you, you will be able to catch Jitsk on Vanrooy booth HO34 for daily demonstrations.

Prepare to be enthralled by British born pastry chef Darren Purchese as he recreates his twist on a delectable Peach Melba as seen on Masterchef. Darren will also be demonstrating his talent with sugary treats, creating some mouth-watering peanut butter cookies like you have never tasted before. Hot off the heals of his highly successful book Chefs Eat Toasties Too, Darren’s new book Chefs Host Christmas Too will leave you feeling inspired and will be available for pre order on Vanrooy booth HO34 after the demonstration. You will also might find some of his Peanut Butter Cookies there if you are fast enough.

When science and innovation meet food. Watch as food technologist Matteo Antonelli utilises the power of the Roboqbo to create a selection of vibrant dishes. Matteo will show you the influence of modern technology in the food industry and how to create amazing products in the matter of minutes, not hours.

Join Sisko Chocolate’s Christina Tantsis as she prepares 3 distinctly different types of caramel in an exciting demonstration of creativity. Highlighting the importance of innovation and imagination, Christina will utilise various ingredients to recreate caramel in nostalgic, modern and seasonal styles.

Well known for his unique dessert creations, prepare to be left amazed by pastry mastermind and Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre sous chef Ian Burch. Ian will be drawing upon his wealth of experience and talent to create a milk chocolate muscovado cream with passion fruit, candied peanut and rum.

One of Australia’s most celebrated patisier’s, Masterchef regular Adriano Zumbo will be putting his spin on the simple tart. Known for his genius and creativity in the kitchen, prepare to be amazed by Adriano’s ability to completely reinvigorate the humble tart into a mouth-watering delicacy.

Wednesday 12 September

Prepare to be dazzled by 2017 Savour Patissier of the year Santiago Cuyugan. Santiago will be demonstrating his world-class skills, creating jaw dropping components including a caramelised buckwheat crunch, Callebaut Mexique ganache and a chewy ginger caramel to finish.

Have your tastebuds at the ready for Abbots and Kinney’s Jonny Pisanelli. Jonny will be creating his own interpretation of the 'Ultimate Chocolate Croissant’ that is going to leave your mouth drooling and food senses tingling. You will also be able to catch Jonny and his delectable creations throughout all of Fine Food on Vanrooy booth HO34.
