Rachel is a Food Technologist with an MBA and a passion about food safety. Rachel has worked as the Certification Manager at HACCP International for the last 7 years. HACCP International is a leading food safety organization specializing in certification of non-food products for use in the food industry.
In the role of Certification Manger, Rachel assists licence holders with certification enquiries, licence renewals, adding new product to current certificates and helping new applicants apply for certification.
Rachel has a background of around 10 years’ experience in food manufacturing and quality assurance roles, as well as in certification working with The Heart Foundation’s Tick programme, certifying food products for nutrition compliance.
With a background in both food science and certification, Rachel enjoys helping HACCP International’s licence holders understand how certification benefits them and the food industry.
