My name is Lorenzo Librino, 29 years old. Originally from Italy, moved to Australia in 2014. I worked most of my career in fine dining restaurants until 2021 when I decided to open with Federico Zanellato (LuMi Dining), a boutique bakery in Surry Hill, Sydney, called LoDe Pies & Pastries.
