Kirsten Tibballs proclaimed by MasterChef Australia as ‘the Queen of Chocolate’, is one of Australia’s most celebrated and internationally respected pastry chefs and chocolatiers. Kirsten has notably been a proud ambassador for Callebaut chocolate for over 20 years and was recently named their Global Sustainability ambassador. Known for her innovative techniques and delicious recipes, Kirsten is also the long running ambassador for Bulla Family Dairy.

Kirsten regularly travels around the world demonstrating her craft in chocolate and patisserie, gaining illustrious acclaim amongst other professionals, academy's and brands. A consultant to leading global food brands on food trends, techniques and projects. Kirsten is also a judge for the Veolia's Future Resourcers program, invested in their goal to create a sustainable and innovative solution to food waste.

Kirsten’s talents extend beyond the kitchen, as a regular contributor to some of the world’s leading pastry publications such as: So Good Magazine and Baking Business, having gone on to publish two cookbooks focusing on her one true hero of an ingredient: chocolate.
Kirsten’s desire to pass on her knowledge to other passionate food lovers and professional pastry chefs lead to her establishing Savour Chocolate & Patisserie School in 2002, in Brunswick, Melbourne. Savour creates an opportunity for students to learn from and work alongside award-winning chefs. In 2013, Kirsten took Savour to a global audience, creating Savour Online Classes. Through these weekly video-tutorials, taught by both Kirsten and an array of international guest chefs, subscribers can recreate innovative recipes and learn new techniques with detailed step-by-step instructions, catered to all levels of expertise.
