Fabian is a passionate regenerative farmer and creator of sustainable, delicious and nutrient dense artisan foods. With a love of food and farming extending from childhood, Fabian and partner Jodie established Woodland Valley Farm in 2019, with a view to regenerate the land and waterways and build biodiversity back into their 49 hectare property.
With 2000 hens coming into his life, Fabian seized the opportunity to unite his passions of food and farming. Nurturing the farm into a vertically integrated business focused on sustainable food production. Fabian delights in developing recipes from farm produce, keeping it local and sustainable. A natural leader and speaker, Fabian has built an expansive network of fellow artisans, farmers and regenerative agriculture specialists.
Through actively connecting in speaking engagements, state and national projects, films and functions Fabian feels compelled to share knowledge on the importance of healthy soils not only for healthy food production, but for a healthy sustainable future.
