Darren Robertson is a restaurant owner and gourmet chef who is committed to cooking with sustainably and ethically farmed produce.

In 2012, Darren joined forces with mates at the Three Blue Ducks restaurant. He now co-owns five Three Blue Ducks in NSW and Victoria, as well as Rocker at Bondi Beach, and The Farm at Byron Bay.
