Magic, that's what! Meet three women who share a passion for provenance, and whose collective talent has taken the NSW Northern Rivers food scene to the next level. Chef Sarah Swan brings over 30 years' experience to the table, having worked at iconic restaurants like Rockpool and The Bayswater Brasserie, before moving to Byron Bay to open her own catering company and café. Chef, clinical nutritionist, author and mentor Sam Gowing has singlehandedly put food as medicine on the map in the region, creating culinary programs for luxury hotels, spas and health retreats while guiding food and health entrepreneurs on their own business journeys. Producer Pam Brook is tenacity personified, having transformed a rundown dairy farm in Byron Bay's hinterland into a thriving enterprise that combines mouthwatering macadamia products with regenerative farming practices.
