Innovations in Patisserie

The Pastry Stage featured a range of pastry chefs demonstrating in a series of inspiring masterclasses on desserts cakes and more.

MONDAY 12 SEPTEMBER 2016
11:00 - 12:00 Matcha Bon Bons

Utilising the health and taste benefits of Matcha Maiden green tea powder, Jess will create two custom chocolates. This demonstration will showcase two methods of creating chocolate – one a moulded chocolate and the other an enrobed style chocolate created using Chocolate World machines from VanRooy Machinery.
