EOI Live Bakery
The experienced EOI Bakery Team will be showcasing new recipes, holding baking demonstrations, sharing their tips and offering expert advice to bakers.
Bake Skills
Apprentice bakers from each state will compete in a live bakery challenge across a variety of product categories. Competing teams will be challenged with a range of products to produce each day.
The Official Great Aussie Pie & Sausage Roll Competition
The annual competition will once again pay homage to Aussie’s much-loved food icons: the perfect pie and sausage roll! The competition is open to all pie making professionals across Australia.
